McDaniels Subaru Loves Spring in the Midlands!

As part of our commitment to sustainability and the Subaru Loves the Earth campaign, we proudly partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to distribute trees for planting at homes across the Midlands. This green initiative helps grow our community’s green footprint and creates a healthier environment for future generations. Watching these trees take root in local neighborhoods is a beautiful reminder that small actions can have a lasting impact. We also gave 30 trees to the The River Alliance to help stabilize the banks of the Three Rivers Greenway. 

Spring also brought another unforgettable year of Tartan Day South! This incredible event celebrates the rich Celtic heritage of families near and far while benefiting The River Alliance, an organization dedicated to preserving and protecting our beautiful waterways. From bagpipes to highland games, the 2025 festival was a joyful nod to tradition and community spirit.

Of course, we couldn’t forget our four-legged friends! McDaniels Subaru's Bark to the Park, benefiting Pawmetto Lifeline. This fun-filled day included a walk to end pet homelessness in the Midlands and support for vital pet rescue and adoption programs. It was heartwarming to see so many pet lovers (and pets!) come together for such a great cause.

And the tail-wagging fun isn’t over yet! We’re excited to sponsor Mason's Canine Club for the 2025 CVETS Dog Days of Summer with the Columbia Fireflies. Get ready for some paw’some Wednesday nights at the ballpark—where you and your pup can enjoy a dog-friendly game on the berm. Check the Fireflies schedule and mark your calendar. It's a home run for pet lovers!

One of our favorite annual events, the McDaniels Golf Classic, kicked off April 25th! This event supports the Lexington Medical Center Foundation McDaniels-Pucci Cancer Fund, helping provide hope, resources, and support for those facing cancer across South Carolina. The unforgettable Gala on Saturday, May 3rd—was an inspiring evening filled with community, celebration, and compassion.
